Monthly retainer services are billed at the beginning of each service period. One-time strategy engagements are billed upon agreement. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice unless otherwise specified in your client agreement.
Monthly retainer services operate month-to-month. Either party may cancel with 30 days written notice. We earn your business every cycle — no long-term contracts required.

Sunday Issue Studio provides content strategy and creation services. While we work to deliver measurable results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as follower counts, engagement rates, or revenue increases. Social media performance is influenced by many factors outside our control.
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We treat all client information as confidential. Business strategies, analytics data, and proprietary information shared during our engagement will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent. Portfolio usage of non-confidential work (visuals, general metrics) is permitted unless you opt out in writing.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will first be addressed through good-faith discussion. If unresolved, disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of California, with jurisdiction in Orange County.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
